“Goldcar under a different name”

I was surprised that we rented a car from Goldcar through this system despite trying to avoid them like the plague as we had a very bad experience with Goldcar in the past. I guess this is just a way for them to trick people into renting with them. That said, we had a good experience this time around

Interrent charged an additional 191.39 euros, despite easyrentcars receipt saying I'd paid for the car and fully comprehensive insurance and no payment was due on arrival. This was like arriving at the airport for a flight I booked and being told it cost 200 euros extra!? I've then been charged a late charge of 40 euros and I'm still awaiting my 80 euros petrol deposit from May (now August) despite returning the car full and within the hour of the nominated return time. I called several times and was awaiting a response to the emails they had told me to write to. They then directed me to an online claim form, which I've just recieved a response to. They have informed me that the 191.39 is a compulsory charge, even though it was put in the 'Extras' column (therefore not allowing easyrentcar to claim the money back), and not included when or clearly noted when booking the car. It's been an expensive and frustrating experience.

Counter Staff was rude and utterly unprofessional. New terms and conditions were introduced and, to be precise, imposed at pick up (e.g. while 300/500 deposit was agreed in the booking made online, 1100 were held at pick up, not to mention other airport and operations fees not disclosed at booking stage). They also tried to sell an additional insurance policy of Eur 200+ - despite I made clear that I had already bought total coverage ("0 waiver") at booking stage. Needless to say, first and last time I rent from this company.

“Terrible because I was cheated by Interrent”

They heat people. They charged my credit card unrightfully. First they charged my card without any information and when I figured out they said that the reason was "extra days". When I proofed they were wrong they gave back part of that money and said that another part of that charge is because "changing reservation". That is also not true. They didn't have car which I booked and which they had confirmed. They try to cheat me saying that it's because I picked up car 1 hour later than I had declared and information about charge for changing reservation is part of T&C. I've send they part of T&C where is information that they should hold booked car to the end of the day. I'm asking what's wrong with that company? If they try to cheat everyone clients? I demand they give me back money that they charged unrightfully but they stop answer. They said that that they gave me BB category instead of A and that's way I need to pay more. But it was because of they foult - they didn't have car A category. They also didn't tell me when I came to pick up car that they want to rented me other class. I was sure that I'm getting class which I booket da Easyrentcars. They didn't tell me that they want to charged my credit card for that change. I've booked Seat Mii 2 Doors or similar. I get Fiat 500 2 Doors. For me it was a similar car - 2 doors, 1,2 engine, small car.
