A very good rental car company. There were no upsells, and the airport shuttles were frequent and convenient. The shuttle driver helped with carrying and placing the luggage. The rental center is not far from the airport, with 3-4 service counters where usually 1-2 customers are queued up in front. The rental procedures are not complicated. After the documents and credit card guarantee are checked at the counter, the rental form is printed and signed, and you can directly go to the designated car section in the parking lot to pick up your car. The keys are in the car, and you can choose any model in the same area. When driving out, you just need to show the rental form and driver’s license – it's very convenient.
This company is very professional. Initially, I booked the most basic car, but due to some issues, they upgraded me to a Buick at no extra cost. There was an additional fee for crossing the San Francisco Bridge, which was deducted automatically, and it was reasonable.
Reserved a mid-to-large SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only JEPP Compass and FORD EDGE (rental car introduction says similar level should be Explorer) were available. Downgraded without price reduction, lots of upselling, such as paying for upgrades, GPS, insurance, etc.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
