The Chinese assistant helped us with the pickup, which was very convenient and fast. We specifically chose a Camry, but when we got to the store, there were not many good options for the same category. We ended up with a basic Jeep. It looked fine from the outside and had a mileage of several thousand, but the acceleration was very slow. On American highways, speeds are generally above 100 km/h, and to keep up, we had to press the gas hard, which was exhausting.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

The procedures are quite simple, which is great. It would be even more convenient if the self-service system had a keyboard for car rental customers! The staff typically suggest upgrades or insurance purchases. They might seem displeased if you decline, but it’s understandable.
