Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, with self-service options available. The only drawback was that the vehicle category included the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was available on-site, but Alamo required an extra fee to rent it. After contacting QEEQ, they explained that there are versions with and without GPS, and we had rented the non-GPS version. However, this was not clearly stated in the link. This was very frustrating.

The rental company is good, but the wait in line was a bit long.

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!

I have used them many times and while there are no bells and whistles their prices are good and their service is efficient
