The car was in relatively good condition, but there was frequent noise and jerkiness during startup, which made me wonder if it was due to the car model or this specific vehicle. The pickup process went very smoothly—the staff at the counter explained everything thoroughly without trying to upsell, which left a positive impression. The lady who helped us with the car inspection meticulously marked every scratch on the vehicle. Even though we had full insurance, she clearly explained which situations wouldn’t be covered. Her sense of responsibility was impressive. When returning the car, the staff member was very friendly and kindly reminded us about the high number of pickpockets at the airport. After the return process, he even escorted us to the terminal. Aside from the driving experience of the Mercedes B-class itself, the overall experience was excellent!

The staff had a pretty good attitude. They asked if I needed additional insurance, and when I declined, they didn’t delay anything; the procedures were handled quite quickly. They were very diligent during the car inspection and proactively pointed out existing damages on the vehicle. If the car’s condition was not suitable, they were willing to coordinate a replacement. Initially, I reserved a 5+2 seat car, but they gave me an Audi A5. The car was great, but it couldn't fit five people plus luggage, so I had to go back to the counter to change the car. The car exchange was smooth (but if I booked a seven-seater, why did they give me a five-seater in the first place?).

They upgraded my Golf to an Audi A4 Avant for free, which was great.

Car exceed my expectations I did wait a lil long to get the car but it wasn't bad. The staff was great and very helpful. I will most definitely use Europcar again and most definitely recommend it to friends and family. Better instructions on where exactly to return the car. Perhaps a map outlining/highlighting the exact path to follow and locations to drop off the car.
