Self-service car pickup, no need to queue, very fast, and no insurance upselling. It was the most pleasant car rental experience.

Satisfactory

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Probably because of the relatively low price, there were a lot of people, and it took almost an hour to get everything sorted. Most importantly, when I provided my booking reference, they said my reservation number had already been used. It took a long time to resolve the issue with the staff. I wonder how others would handle this if they're unable to clearly express the issue in English? QEEQ needs to improve its coordination with overseas car rental companies.

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
