Very convenient, you can choose the car you like, and the service is very friendly! The key is that the car is very easy to drive!

The store is big. The car I reserved (similar to RAV4) was unavailable, and the front desk offered me a Kia. I reluctantly agreed, but later in the parking lot, an employee informed me that I could choose any SUV. I picked a GMC, which consumed more fuel. The return process was seamless despite my concern; they just checked the fuel gauge, and I was done in under 5 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off process was very straightforward. I am not sure if there will be any charges.
