A bit crowded, but good service attitude

The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, and the car was in good condition.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.

Car was clean but had an ingrained smell of marijuana that we couldn’t get rid of.

Pricing was excellent.
