手続きも簡単、すぐに貸し出し手続きが出来ました。

オーストラリアで運転に必要な国際免許証を持っていなかったので借りるのを諦めていましたが、免許証の翻訳証明書も無料で付いてくるとのことで、無事借りることが出来ました。この翻訳、自分で手続きすると面倒だし100ドル近くかかるようです。助かりました。

Everything OK for booking. I am not convinced on the insurance though. Luckily, I did not need to use their services. I was told during pick-up that for any incident I have to pay all the costs and then recover from the insurance.

They quietly added a road assistance fee and charged us afterwards. They claimed that a toll payment device would charge the credit card directly without extra fees, but there was an additional management fee.
