It was okay. The first male staff member was alright, but the second female staff member was extremely rude. It was obvious she was usually mean and racially biased. To avoid saying it's racial discrimination, I won’t emphasize her skin color. She spoke too quickly, and when I didn’t catch what she said, she immediately mocked me as if I didn’t understand English. Ridiculous.

The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. His English was not perfect, but he tried his best to make sure I understood. His name might have been Matt or Mike...

Returning the car was very convenient, and the shuttle service was excellent.

Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.
