Overall, the impression of the San Francisco store was not very good, as their mistakes caused unnecessary trouble for the customers.

Convenient shuttle service, the process from registration, payment to car pickup was simple. However, the lack of Chinese service slightly reduced the overall quality. I noticed that quite a few Chinese people rent cars, so I suggest that Zuzuche recommend Alamo to set up a Chinese service counter or increase Chinese contracts, which would make it perfect.
