It was quite convenient to get there from the airport, and the pick-up process was simple.

The Chinese assistant helped us with the pickup, which was very convenient and fast. We specifically chose a Camry, but when we got to the store, there were not many good options for the same category. We ended up with a basic Jeep. It looked fine from the outside and had a mileage of several thousand, but the acceleration was very slow. On American highways, speeds are generally above 100 km/h, and to keep up, we had to press the gas hard, which was exhausting.

Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.
