The shuttle driver provided excellent service.

There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

Very good, the car was quite new, and you can choose a similar car yourself.

The staff were very friendly, the car was in great condition, and pick-up and drop-off were fast and convenient.
