The rental company is professional, the car was in great condition, and they even upgraded the model for free.

The car condition was okay, and the return process was very convenient. You basically need to do a quick check and you're free to go. However, the pickup and drop-off locations from QEEQ were very unclear. Nobody could accurately tell me the exact location. I suggest adding pictures and more detailed instructions. Additionally, regarding local traffic fines, I recommend that QEEQ provides assistance or directly handles these. This is one of the most important services from an agent. QEEQ is essentially an agent or intermediary, but many things I had to handle directly with third parties. I signed the contract with QEEQ, so I feel like QEEQ is trying to avoid responsibility.

My English isn't very good, but after placing the order, I quickly got the keys and had a smooth trip.

Like: Having not rented a car for a long time this was such a pleasure to go to the counter and get the car no worries!
