Before the trip, I was really worried despite extensive research, but picking up the car was super easy! I originally reserved a Nissan Amanda, but ended up getting a Chevrolet Suburban, just like the ones in TV shows with FBI agents. It had a powerful 6.2L V8 engine! Amazing! Hertz really does live up to its reputation!

The car rental counter is located at the entrance of the hotel lobby, offering enthusiastic service and efficient processing! After completing the paperwork at the counter in just 5 minutes, a staff member will personally drive the car to the hotel entrance for easy pickup. When returning the car, just park it outside the hotel lobby and finalize the return process inside (which only takes 3 minutes). The amount held on your credit card will be instantly released—excellent service!

Car (camaro) has mechanical issues (steering/wheel alignment issues and was overdue for service by 5,000miles) meaning it was dangerous when driving on motorways above 60mph. Swapped the car at Las Vegas the next day. No customer service. Didn’t have a replacement so had to go with a four door even though we had especially booked an American muscle car for our honeymoon. Very disappointed with hertz and wouldn’t bother booking a car with them again given lack of customer service. Had a much better and smoother experience with Dollar.
