There was a queue when picking up the car, but everything else was very convenient.

Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.
