Convenient pickup and drop-off, plenty of cars available

The self-selected cars were all worse than the reserved model.

Extremely satisfied. We showed the order, driver's license, and credit card at the counter. After verification, they directed us to the parking lot to choose a car. There were 5 cars available, and we chose a JEEP that had only run for over 16,000 miles. The car was in great condition. Very satisfied.

The store is easy to find, not many people in line, and the paperwork is simple. Returning the car is very efficient, it only takes 5 minutes.

The car I ordered was not available at this location which did not help and the alternative vehicle was not ready for over an hour.
