Could not contact AVIS. Had trouble finding someone for both pick-up and drop-off. Found the car by checking license plates in the parking lot. When returning the car, there was no staff to be found, had to ask around... After returning the car, tried to contact them to get the deposit back but couldn't reach anyone. Calls went unanswered and no response to emails until now.

The reservation price was supposed to include insurance, but I was told I still needed to pay for it. I find this confusing.

Good service, and they speak English well.

I booked a Passat estate but received a Touran. Although the Touran has more space, its speed can't match the Passat.
