Afterward, they tried to dismiss our complaints with a contract we never saw, and the signature was clearly copied and pasted! Never again, even if I can't find another car, I won't choose Avis!!!!

No damage was noted at pickup, no collisions occurred during the trip, but they claimed the rear was rear-ended and there were many scratches at return, asking for €1698 in compensation. The loss would have been significant without full insurance.

Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt T1 was very convenient. Simple procedures. I rented a Passat wagon, but actually received a new Toyota diesel wagon. When returning the car, I noticed a small scratch on the trunk, but the staff generously said no need for compensation. Very satisfied.
