There are many cars and they are all quite new. The process of picking up and dropping off the car is simple and convenient. The only downside is that the shuttle wait time from Los Angeles airport to the rental center is a bit long.

The company is good, but there was a bit of confusion at the counter. They kept saying I hadn't purchased insurance along with the car rental and were urging me to buy insurance for $5 a day. I was sure I had already bought it, but in a rush, I ended up buying it. Just something to be aware of.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

- the car had a scratch - the front windshield water pump was not working (I discovered that later when I thought there was no water so I added water but still it didn’t work)

- I was supposed to have lid an insurance if the tank was not returned full but when I picked it up at the Alamo Counter they said that I needed to return it with a full tank
