In fact, East Coast Rentals' service was excellent. The only slight inconvenience was that it’s not at the airport, requiring a company shuttle to pick up the car. As soon as we arrived at the lot, we saw a fleet of spotless white cars, all very new. There were no hidden requirements; they simply asked if we wanted to purchase insurance without pushing it. The paperwork was done quickly and we drove off. After returning the car, we even received a text message about the rental details. Great value for money!
