The staff had a good attitude, but at the pick-up counter, they quickly pushed additional unnecessary items into the bill for you to sign. I only noticed at the pick-up spot that they had added nearly $200 worth of things like Roadside Assistance. I went back to cancel everything, and the woman at the counter was rather unhelpful, saying things like 'If something happens, you'll be personally responsible' to try and dissuade me.
The agent on site was very helpful. Our flight arrived in the afternoon, and the car we selected online was no longer available. They kindly recommended other models and explained the car's features and related insurance.
The car pickup went smoothly. When returning the car at Los Angeles airport, we found that the return location had changed, which took some time. Overall, although the company is not large, the service is acceptable, and the car condition is good.
