The service was excellent, the vehicle was very new, and the overall experience was great.

The service at this Melbourne branch is poor, maybe because all the staff are women. They don't explain basic vehicle operations, unlike Brisbane. Since it was not a familiar car model, I didn't know whether it had a handbrake or footbrake, and how to open the fuel cap (which was confusing). The most irritating part was that when I returned to retrieve something I forgot just half an hour after returning the car, it was already gone, and they pretended to help me look for it. They had a group of Southeast Asian-looking workers.

The service was excellent. They explained the additional insurance options, and when we said we didn't want it, they understood and didn't push us.

The price is cheaper compared to other car rental companies in Melbourne. The location is quite convenient with an airport shuttle service. The only downside is that the car had quite a few scratches, but it didn't affect its use.

It's a small company located outside the airport, making returning the car convenient, with a shuttle to the airport. But it's limited to the airport; I stayed at the airport holiday inn and asked if they could pick me up at the hotel, but they refused unequivocally. I had to call a taxi to get to the company. The car wasn't very new, but the price was cheap. However, the AUD 300 deductible even with full insurance is not good. It's better to choose big companies like HERTZ that offer zero-deductible insurance.
