From the airport shuttle to the in-store service, everything was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and there was no hard sell on extra insurance. The range of vehicles was extensive and new. I chose a DODGE SUV with only 1250 miles on it. Highly recommended rental company.

The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

Very long queue, had to wait a long time. Luckily, there were self-service machines available. The car model didn't match the one in the order at all. It seems like orders made through the agency with discounted prices receive this kind of treatment.

The staff were very warm and friendly, and the self-service car rental process was very convenient. Returning the car was quite user-friendly as well.

I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but at pickup, only the Compass was available. When I asked the staff, they just said the Grand Cherokee was all rented out, and I had to choose from the available models.
