The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Good value for money, not bad!

It was great, the entire pickup and return process was very smooth and fast, with excellent service.

The company is pretty good, with warm and convenient service. However, during this rental, the counter staff kept insisting on adding insurance, saying that the previously included insurance did not cover crashes. Thinking of many people's complaints, I insisted on not buying, and found out it was the right choice.
