No long queues as expected. Very fast, you can choose any car within the agreed category.

The vehicle provided by the company was reliable and the service process was convenient. Worth using again.

This company is very professional. Initially, I booked the most basic car, but due to some issues, they upgraded me to a Buick at no extra cost. There was an additional fee for crossing the San Francisco Bridge, which was deducted automatically, and it was reasonable.

Very bad experience. An African American staff member added roadside assistance insurance without asking and charged my credit card. When I refused, he was extremely rude and didn't explain how to pick up the car. We were kicked out of the service desk and spent almost two hours finding the pickup location.

Avoid ALAMO, only use If the price is rock bottom and you don't mind shabby service. My booking as indicated by Alamo, clearly showed 'Ford Expedition' or Similar. Went to collect one of the many Expeditions in the lot, and was told I would need to pay extra to upgrade to the Expedition, despite it being on their paperwork already...

This is a good firm to use, I will look at other rental firms through this broker :)
