When picking up the car, the counter staff still tried to sell insurance and suggest an upgrade to a larger car. After repeatedly refusing, I finally got the car! At the pickup, I took the contract and went to the designated car area to choose the vehicle myself. Any car parked in that area was available for selection. Nobody inspected the car with me, so you need to be cautious. However, the selection was vast, with significant differences among the options. Take your time to look around!

It was quite convenient to get there from the airport, and the pick-up process was simple.

Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.

For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.
