Although I tried to pick up the car early, the child seat wasn't suitable, and I had to wait over two hours.

First time encountering such an issue. Paid a deposit but they couldn't find it. Bought full insurance but they said it wasn't available. Ended up paying half more than expected, and they were extremely impatient.

Poor service attitude. Some charges were not explained in advance. At Munich airport, we rented a Land Rover Discovery 4 but got an Audi Q3 instead. They claimed it was a free upgrade, and there were no other cars available. Abroad, we couldn't do much about it and had to endure. Complaining afterward was useless.

The front desk staff weren't very competent and mixed up my order. They informed me that it was canceled, forcing me to spend a long time on an international call to verify.
