When you exit the terminal, you will see three lanes of traffic. The second lane is generally where hotel shuttles wait. Look for a brown sign with white letters, and you can wait near there. The East Coast shuttle is white with yellow letters and a big 'E'. This shuttle will take you to the store to pick up your car.

The car was amazing, modern with nav systems etc making travels less stressful. Auto drrive was slightly annoying but easy to turn off.
