The self-service system had Chinese instructions, guiding us step by step, and we quickly collected our car. It was really convenient, but this branch didn't have Chinese-speaking staff, which was fine too. Foreigners think simply; we got the car and set off immediately. Returning the car was even simpler. The staff took a quick look at the car, saw no issues, and immediately said OK, and we headed to the airport!
