Overall satisfied, but after refueling, the gauge indicated full. However, the store did not accept it after a few kilometers of driving and requested additional fuel payment.

When I picked up the car, there was almost no queue. The attendant was a lady who was very patient and both drew and wrote things down to make sure I understood. I got a new Mercedes with only 4,100 kilometers on it, and it performed excellently! Returning the car was also very quick; the staff just took a quick look and let me go. It was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Counter staff was helpful but I would suggest if they can print bills and receipts in English rather than in german for tourists. Also if they can provide courtesy car service for pickup and drop off would be amazing.

Excellent customer service and clear information on car rental and insurance policies. Also good prices, hope this doesn’t change in the future when business picks up. Definitely recommending Qeeq for car rentals.
