The process was simple and quick, and the car was very new. However, the insurance terms in the contract were not clearly explained, and the car was not clean.

Maggiore's pick-up point at Malpensa T1 is very convenient. Take the elevator down from gate 5 on the arrivals level and follow the car hire signs. All car rental companies are located there. Once the paperwork is done, you can directly go to parking lot B without leaving the building to get your car.

The car was a damaged tiny Peugeot, as the fiat had “ a windscreen problem” took 2 hours to get to the advisor at the desk as they didn’t organise the line. Not the best experience with them.

Dislike: I asked for a small size but was given mid size because they did not have any left. Parking was slightly more difficult.
