During the rental period, the car key was stolen in a different city. The rental company demanded a 350-euro fine. Their internal processes were very slow, which delayed the delivery of the spare key. It took a full four days to send the key from Paris to Paris, delaying the return of the car. This caused the contract to expire before the car could be returned, and they charged a high extension fee of 129 euros per day for six days. Very unreliable.

Sometimes the phone isn't answered. The only solution for vehicle issues is to change cars.

The customer before us took an hour to process, causing a late pick-up for us.

The service in general was okay, but they didn't provide the model we originally booked. The substitute model was much uglier, or we would have to pay extra for an upgrade.
