I was looking forward renting a Fiat 500 that I booked , Instead I got a Ford . The car was fine , but the right front tire kept telling me on the dashboard that was low on air so I had to keep putting air in it …. Was annoying .

The pickup process was fast, there was no hard sell on insurance, and the staff were polite and friendly. The car return inspection was very relaxed, and the pre-authorization was released about a week later.
