The service staff were very enthusiastic and professional.

A bunch of scammers and rogues. The car we reserved wasn't available, so they downgraded us but didn't reduce the price. They charged random fees and completely denied the printed order from the rental company! Whatever price they say is final; if you don't agree, no car for you! Everyone has their travel plans, who has the energy to argue with them?! I've never seen such a terrible branch.

The car had quite a few scratches, and we photographed them before we left as we thought we might get charged for them. There was no problem at drop off, and the chap told us the car was reaching the end of its useful life.

We were upgraded to a seat Leon estate at the desk. The staff member dealing with me was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to collect and drop of the car from the Swiss side. Came with winter tyres as standard.
