The wait time was unacceptable. It took almost 90min before we got to the front desk and another 20 before we were in our car, not acceptable.

Very helpful, also pointed out high-risk and bad road conditions.

Not very satisfied with Budget for deducting money from my credit card for various reasons, even 3 months after we returned the car.

The car was brand new but overheated and left us stranded. In South Africa thats a serious position to be in. Customer service at budget took more than an hour to get back to us with a plan. They came and picked up the car and we never heard from them again!
