Thanks for your review. Usually a deposit will be held as a guarantee by car rental companies at pick-up. This will be fully released or refunded if there is no damage/theft of the vehicle or any due payment after car return. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage/ Excess liability section. Overall it's acceptable, though we were very prepared in advance. We took comprehensive photos of the car, so there were no disputes afterward. Reminder to everyone: make sure to take photos of the car from all angles when picking it up and upload them to QEEQ just in case. We just dropped off the car and are currently waiting for the security deposit to be refunded to our credit card, hoping everything goes smoothly.

The car had damage on the back left of the boot which I told the staff about before I drove off. There was a message on the dashboard saying service required-4500 miles and then I noticed another message saying washer fluid required Clearly this car had not been checked over before I had it
