Good attitude, no upselling.

The car wasn't fully fueled when I picked it up, but I returned it with a full tank. They didn't reimburse me for the fuel difference, which is a matter of integrity.

The pick-up location is right across the arrival hall at the airport. Just cross the street and you can see several car rental signs. I originally rented an Outlander but got a brand new Forester with just 2000 kilometers on it. It has a lot of space, great horsepower, and the AWD is really smooth.

The staff were enthusiastic and sincere, and the employees were patient. The car was in good and clean condition. However, there was a suspicion of double charging for the rental fee. I had already paid the full rental amount to Zuzuche, but when I collected the car at the counter, I was asked to swipe my card for the rental fee again. I thought it was a pre-authorization, but the bank statement showed it as an overseas transaction, which was perplexing and worrying. I had to check with the bank after returning to verify if there were double charges, which was quite troublesome.

Like: Had originally rented a cabriolet, but weather had deteriorated. Staff was brilliant in getting me a replacement vehicle that surpassed my expectations (BMW 530i).
Dislike: Were kept waiting for a while because staff was discussing an issue with a previous rental among themselves.
