This is my third time renting a car from Europcar. Whether in Europe or the UK, the experience has been great. I will definitely continue using their service in the future!

I thought it would be an old car, but it turned out to be a brand-new Golf. Such a pleasant surprise!

The service was good and the vehicle description was accurate, but they didn't let me see the car first. I didn't know if a compact car would fit all my luggage, so I had to upgrade. Nobody came to help me with the car, and there was no explanation about the car's condition. Since I don't speak any English, my daughter had to find someone to show us how to use the car.

The car was the right size and drove well. There was a large piece of chewing gum on the passenger side floor and this was not on the defects list. There was a floor mat on the drivers side that was not fitted and moved around and eventually showed a large hole in the sound insulation probably caused by a driver wearing high heels. It would have been better to have repaired the hole. It was not easy to find the drop off location at Gatwick. When we found it a pin code was needed to enter. We had not been given a pin code.

The qeeq site was easy to use. Europcar did not want to see the insurance papers you had provided. They did not want to see my international driving permit which is only a copy of my driving license. Altogether a good experience. Liverpool is not Chester.

Very positive experience. I was upgraded to a brand new vehicle with a navigation system. This was very much appreciated.
