Online booking easy but not seamless in execution

Wanted a Corolla but got an MG3 instead, which they said was of the same class. Personally felt it was smaller, making it difficult to pack luggage. The car was relatively new with just over 17,000 km on it. Drove 1400 km in 4 days. The engine was a bit weak, especially on hills. Otherwise, the experience was quite pleasant.

Overall good, high cost performance.

The Melbourne city branch closes at 5 PM, and they won't accept returns even a few minutes late. You have to return the car the next morning, and they charge an extra half-day rental fee.

Satisfied! This is my second time renting, so I'm experienced. After landing, I asked the information desk where the usual shuttle bus stops, and then walked straight to pick up the car. The car's condition was okay with over 90,000 kilometers, not as good as the one in Sydney, and the USB port couldn’t charge, but the service was quite attentive. I will rent again next time.

Renting a CRV for $39 a day, what more can you ask for? 'Fantastic!' The car had 45,000 miles on it, but it was well-maintained and still drove great. However, QEEQ told us insurance was included, but the rental company said it wasn't, and we had to buy it separately, and it wasn't zero deductible. In the end, we didn’t buy it from them. We were a bit nervous throughout the trip.
