Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

“Terrible experience”
About Routes: 5.3 /10
Shuttle didnt arrive at airport, they would not answer phone, they would not reimburse for taxi fare, several hidden fees, unpleasant service and staff. Will never use Routes again.
