O carro não foi higienizado, estava sujo, inclusive com vários itens do cliente anterior, havia uma gosma no volante e vários papéis da reserva anterior, além de um enxaguante bucal, o que prova que o carro realmente não foi higienizado. I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.
