The total experience from EZU was great. However, the staff may need some additional training on understanding the policy wording document. When asked if there were any restrictions on where I couldn't drive, (eg, on unsealed roads) it was clear the staff member did not know about not driving on unsealed roads until I had read the contract & questioned him about it. In the event of an accident, I believe I would've been held culpable if I had signed the contract without knowing the above. Overall I would refer my friends & colleagues to EZU, great experience. “Excellent value for money”

It was a car rental that seemed to be set up to service the Chinese market more so than general public. This was not a problem in our case however I would say the strong accents that the staff had could be an issue in term of clear communication. We had a slight issue in being picked up at the airport as we got picked up by the wrong shuttle bus. All was resolved quickly and efficiently though. Be prepared to have a large holding deposit ($1500) on your credit card, even if you’ve taken full Insurance option with EasyRentCars.com.

We had some confusion in our pick up as the confirmation emails inferred our car was to be picked up at the terminal when I’m fact we were meant to call upon arrival and take a shuttle to their office. It meant we were delayed by an hour as we worked out what was going on.

I pay the autotoll (road fee) by cash on the return day, but they didnt send me a recipt, the day after i receive my visa card was paid the autotoll again!! But i tell the staff of EZU, they cancel it immediately. Just i think they need to improve it, and i suggest we need not to pay by cash as we have dont have recipt!!

“Overall great experience with some minor improvements!”

Overall great! Once of his driver/staff was very friendly and helpful to explain some of the local signage! Also, we were given an upgrade of my car due to unavailability of Corolla Hatchback. However there are some hidden cost we need to be aware, like 'toll' device, different type of insurance which we were informed before taking the car, where you can't really do much since you're there.

Overall great platform for getting good deal. It will be good to specify the size of luggage or even the size of boot (in cm dimension). I struggle to find the information. Also if possible to share some of the hidden cost example toll device. Which is not a big deal but to make the transaction more transparent.
