This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

“The money I tried to save wasn't worth the headache”

Location is ghetto, the office is a closet on the side of a repair garage that was made into a office. The first car they tried to give us had a brake light out. So they switched us to a car with major dents and a check engine light on. The inside of the glass was so dirty when the sun hit the glass I couldnt see out of it. The car had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pick up, how do you replensih 3/4 tank? It should be full and returned full.
