The person told us that I95 had tolls but they did not and we had to pay 13.99 per day. Lied

I’m local and showed my own insurance information but the clerk charged me for insurance. I brought my own Sunpass transponder but the clerk charged me $5 daily for “activation fees”. The shuttle took almost 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport. The rental car office facility is literally a shak at a repair shop.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

they have nt shuttle at 3 am for airport, we walked to hotel for called a taxi

The staff at the rental counter were terrible. They made it seem like you couldn't drive in Florida without a Sunpass and did not have any maps. We later found out that there are very few toll roads that are Sunpass only and we were able to pay for a few tolls with cash. It seemed like a scam. And the check-in took a long time. I will not rent with them again.

We are canadian and this was our first time with RIGHT CARS. With other car rentals, we don't pay extra for the insurance and we show proof of our canadian insurance. The person in charge would not let us pick-up the car because we were not insured with an american company. After a long discussion and being asked to make an authorization for 2000 $ on our credit card, I phoned EasyRentCars and registered a complaint. I called a friend to pick us up since we were stuck with no car. In a last attempt, the lady asked to see our voucher and finally said that the 2000$ was guaranteed by EasyRentCars in our voucher and finally let us go with the car.
