The bumper damage was visible on pick Up, the emoloyee took photos of it and said it was in the database. But on drop off they said they did not see it in the system and wanted to charge us for damages. Luckily we had a video from pick up.

Tiempo para ser atendidos en la oficina de ÁLAMO en aeropuerto de Santiago muy largo. Hicimos reservación para un vehículo automático y solo había std disponible.
