The car condition was good and very clean. Returning the car is straightforward; they just do a simple check without a detailed inspection, so you can rent without worry. However, the staff at the location don’t speak Chinese, so communication can be a bit challenging. Additionally, customer support is either via email or phone, which feels inconvenient compared to other rental companies that offer WeChat support or Chinese-speaking staff. With other companies, you can also use WeChat to contact them in advance for returns, making it more convenient in case of unexpected situations. If it’s your first time renting a car in Thailand and you’re not fluent in English, I recommend using Flash Rent. Although it’s a bit more expensive, it’s more hassle-free with simpler procedures. During my previous rental experience with Flash Rent, their staff were at the counter even late at night, unlike this company that claims to operate 24 hours but had no one there when I arrived. I ended up getting help from a staff member at a neighboring rental company to get in touch.
