After two hours of arguing, they finally replaced it with a similar-class vehicle. However, when returning the car, they charged me an extra €956. When I asked why, the counter for different location returns just shrugged it off. Terrible car rental company.

Queue times depend on the situation. When it's busy, the wait time can be long. I waited in line for about half an hour.

The processing speed was rather slow, but the car condition was quite new. However, almost all of them are Peugeot vehicles.

We got Ford Focus station wagon, which was an upgrade from the booked car. Did not receive the instructions how to enter "rental return" part of the Paris CDG Terminal parking, so ended up in the public car park.
