Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

I knew pretty much what I would get and that is what we got. The price was over $200 cheaper than any other company. I knew it was off site and I knew I would need proof of insurance so picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The car was not very clean and was a very base model. The lady at pick up was kind of rude. They said we had to return the car vacuumed out, which I wasn't told at the beginning, but the manager waived that so it all worked out fine in the end. I would use them again for the amount we saved since that was our top priority.
