Car was fine however I used chains but no mat was provided so some mud got into the car.

App was easy to use and my price dropped which was great.

Received a free upgrade to a Toyota hybrid. The car was in great condition, had enough power, and was easy to handle. Very satisfied.

Accidents are sometimes unavoidable, but their handling of the incident was very disappointing and showed a complete lack of service awareness. While it is understandable to take back the vehicle after an accident, it's unacceptable to suddenly terminate the remaining 17-day rental and not refund any money, which is an unfair term and behavior. As a car rental service, there is no protection for the customer's interests. This made it extremely difficult to maneuver without a car abroad. There was no reminder at pickup about how the rental company would single-handedly handle any potential accidents.
